Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed mentions: several guests said rooms were 'very clean' and beds comfortable, but multiple reports noted poor cleanliness (bad smell, dirty courtyard, one review explicitly 'No clean'). Overall slightly below target due to these notable negative comments.

Service

Strongly positive: numerous comments about friendly, helpful and exceptional staff (names mentioned: Martin, Gael), punctual and knowledgeable shuttle drivers, and overall efficient assistance; some isolated issues at check-in but service generally praised.

Location

Very positive: repeatedly described as convenient and very close to the airport, ideal for layovers and events (concerts), shuttle/transfer well arranged.

Room Quality

Mixed-to-positive: several guests liked their rooms and beds (comfortable, quiet), some say rooms are OK or great; a few noted the property is dated and courtyard areas unkept, plus occasional in-room phone/heater issues.

Amenities

Positive: airport shuttle, on-site restaurant, breakfast buffet/Starbucks and reliable transfers are frequently mentioned as convenient and well run.

Value for Money

Several guests felt pricing was high for breakfast and meals and noted poor cost-quality for food; a few called it 'a little pricey' or 'excesivo precio', though one review called it 'best bang for your buck'.

Discover a perfect blend of comfort and convenience at our hotel, nestled in vibrant Mexico City.
